Sometimes you don’t need a full therapy session—
you just need a place to say it out loud, send the voice note, or not hold it all on your own.
This is that space.
A lower-pressure, relational way to receive support through text and voice notes—so you don’t have to navigate everything alone in between sessions (or instead of starting therapy right away).
If you’re someone who sends long voice notes to your friends… this might feel like a natural fit.
Think of this like a “P.S.” to your week—
a place for the things that didn’t get said, or are still unfolding.
How it works
- You can send up to 2 check-ins per week (text or voice note)
- I respond on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings normally.
- Messages are not answered in real time, but you can expect a response within 24–48 hours during those days
- All communication takes place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
- You’re welcome to send messages as things come up—I’ll meet you there during my response times.

- you’re a busy parent and need something that fits into real life
- you want a real human in your corner—not just another app
At times, I may recommend scheduling a therapy session if something would benefit from more space or depth. That decision is always collaborative and up to you.
